Liner Notes & Credits

It's a funny thing, but my greatest challenge in releasing this CD has been finding a way to thank everyone in this small amount of space. First, I must give God all the glory for blessing me with the opportunity to make this project a reality. Were it not for Christ, the King, I know that none of this would have been possible. He is truly a mighty and awesome Lord and only He could have made a way for me to meet my incredibly talented producer Eric Uglum. I truly do not have the words to say how grateful I am to Eric for helping me achieve this milestone in my career. Eric's sons, Christian and Austin Ward, deserve a standing ovation for their brilliant work. These two young men are "off the charts" good! Many kudos as well to Hal Ratliff, a mindblowingly great keyboard player and Janet Beazley, a master on the banjo, flutes and harmony vocals! Roger Gillespie's drum work is sheer perfection and an incredible blessing! Melissa Cockrell couldn't have made me happier when she agreed to sing harmony on three of the tunes. She has the voice of an angel! For a long time, I've dreamed about singing with my best friend and soul sister Kathleen Brennan. Her gorgeous harmony vocals on "Scarborough Fair" and "I Want to Stand Where Jesus Stood," are superb and our blend sounds better than I imagined. My gratitude runs deep for all the songwriters - Sean, Lance, Denny, Kathleen, Lawton and Steve. Every one of them should be making millions! And no thank you would be complete without acknowledging my precious husband Steve. I could go on and on about my feelings, but he knows I love him from the depths of my soul.

With much love and appreciation to my friends and family, who've been there to cheer me on with every breakthrough. And special thanks to my record label, American Classic Recordings.
